About our extended service types

 

When you invest in laboratory equipment from Medline Scientific, you expect many trouble-free years of use. To ensure you experience this too, we have tailored our UK support services so that in the unlikely event of a breakdown or downtime we are ready to respond quickly and effectively.

Our annual service agreements provide you with the peace-of-mind that you are protected in the event that something should go wrong (as your system passes from its manufacturer’s warranty period)We currently offer 2 UK packages across our range of equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

Bronze Service

 

*  Time specific 10 day turnaround – Return to base only.

*  For equipment that is not mission-critical, but will cause operational problems in the event of prolonged product failure.

*  The BRONZE annual cover solution provides you with cover for: Shipping & packaging, collection & return to site costs in the event of failure, repair and all parts and labour (1&3) 

Bronze Extended Warranty Prices

 

 

Gold Service

 

*  Time specific 2 day turnaround – On-site repair

*  For equipment that is either mission-critical or will cause severe operational problems in the event of prolonged product failure.

*  The GOLD annual cover solution provides you with cover for:

On-site repair within the UK mainland, 1 preventative service visit per annum ( Additional charge of £0.30/mile applies) and all parts and labour (2&3)

Important Notes
 

 

  • Within BRONZE cover the term “all parts & labour” refers to spare parts required for the repair/exchange of an integral item that has failed and does not include consumables, failure through fair wear and tear or any item damaged through neglect or misuse.

 

  • Within GOLD cover the term “all parts & on-site labour” refers to spare parts required for the repair/exchange of an integral item that has failed and does not include consumables, failure through fair wear and tear or any item damaged through neglect or misuse.

  • Non-supported scenarios may incur parts & labour costs; however, a full quotation will be provided prior to the commencement of repairs.
